Since 2015, Bright have worked with OVO to produce a party for 100s of employees, their family and friends, in a green-field site just outside of Bristol.
Execution
As a renewable energy provider, sustainability has always been high on the agenda for OVO, and we work hard to make year-on-year reductions to the event’s carbon footprint.
From scheduling low emission buses, to reusing building materials; well-managed waste and recycling streams, to working with local food and drink suppliers; and scheduling fun activities with minimal energy consumption and waste outputs - we approached every stage of planning with the environment at the forefront of our minds.
From 2017 to 2019 we reduced the waste generated by the event by more than half.
