For the first time Davines combined the UK heats for their World Style Contest with a presentation from their global artistic director and three times British Hairdresser of the Year Angelo Seminara.
The venue, needed to be able to mix product displays and party space as well as provide a functional space for the show and super large backstage team, that worked with the brand’s quirky and ethical personality. The Platform Theatre in Central St Martins’ new Granary campus behind Kings Cross was shortlisted and selected for its minimal, stylish interior and state of the art theatre which made for a cost effective and stunning on-stage production.
The production made best use of the theatre’s in-house capability, creating a dramatic backdrop for Angelo’s inspiring collection presentation and heightened the excitement of the live hairdressing competition
