An educational, inspirational L’Oréal training programme for young hairdressers

The L’Oréal Professionel ID Artist programme is an internationally recognised 2-year talent development scheme, which involves exclusive training from L’Oréal professional ambassadors, award winning hairdressers and industry icons.

Each year, the hairdressers are invited to take part in a 2-day training course. Previous locations include Leeds, London and Barcelona. We organise the logistics of the trip, in overseeing the catering, accommodation and travel arrangements.

The training gives young hairdressers the opportunity to develop their cutting, colour and styling techniques through live demos, hands-on sessions and presentations all led by industry experts.

In the evenings, to build relationships and encourage networking, we organise dinners, bowling or just some casual drinks.
