Tech Innovators Kaluza were hosting their first ever all company AGM & Awards and needed a unique event to match them and their values.

Execution

Clever venue selection led us to the BFI Southbank which is rich in history and unique design. The BFI is located on the banks of the Thames in an area associated with arts and innovation. The venue includes state-of-the-art cinema projection, unrivalled technical presentation and a range of socialising spaces. The BFI was the perfect fit for Kaluza with many theatres suitable for the programme’s breakouts and a variety of simultaneously running sessions.

There were multiple format sessions, such as women in tech panel discussions. We worked across 3 theatres to produce over 12 business sessions covering a range of topics and production needs. The programme allowed attendees the freedom to customise their experience and attend sessions best suited to their interests by moving through the spaces.

The BFI’s Riverfront restaurant provided the perfect Southbank backdrop for the evening's social. Arcade games and a photo booth alongside a menu of informal bowl food rounded the evening off, allowing attendees to socialise and network post-conference.

We worked closely with Kaluza to curate a carefully selected merchandise selection that represented their strong sustainability values. Items such as the ocean bottle [themselves a B-Corp] were branded to reveal Kaluza’s newly acquired B-Corp status, alongside a hoodie, vegan sweets and a tote bag.
