When ghd approached us to bring their 2024 UK&I Conference to life, we set out to create an unforgettable experience that would unite and energise their teams, blending business with a touch of fun and flair.

Execution

To start, we chose Manchester as the host city—a perfect match for ghd’s style-forward identity. Known for its fashion and innovation, Manchester provided an inspiring backdrop to engage and connect the team.

To break the ice and set a lively tone, we brought in Unbeatable Energy, whose team of facilitators kicked off the day with dynamic, music-filled icebreakers. The room quickly came alive with laughter and participation, creating an electric atmosphere that helped everyone feel instantly connected.

For evening entertainment, we switched gears and took the ghd team to Menagerie, a venue known for its vibrant decor and dynamic ambience. There, dinner, drinks, and live entertainment provided the perfect setting for the team awards and celebrations.
