Bright collaborated with The British Society for Heart Failure for their milestone event at London's QEII venue for over 1,500 delegates both online and in person, across 2 days. Bright assisted in streamlining the entire process, from online registration to a post-event survey, while maximising revenue through increased ticket sales and identifying new revenue streams. The result was a remarkable 59% increase in sponsorship sales, contributing to the financial success of the event.
Collaborating with Events Air, a dedicated event technology platform, Bright created a one-stop online hub for the event combining registration, e-comm, microsite, virtual event platform and app in one online eco-system. Replacing a suite of historical dis-connected software, ensuring a user-friendly interface for delegates. With the added benefit of harmonising the hybrid event experience for online and live event delegates. Online delegates enjoyed the same access to content and materials as the live delegates and the same opportunities to participate and network.
Innovation in the event format, increased the opportunities for sponsors to engage with the audience as well as adding opportunities for the audience to consume the educational content in new and interactive ways.
The collaboration between Bright and The British Society for Heart Failure created exceptional results, including, a notable increase in ticket sales, a boost to sponsorship revenue and an enhanced participant experience.
