A series of 50 promotional meetings for healthcare professionals throughout the UK

Over 95% of delegates polled said they were likely to change their prescribing habits as a result of the meeting, whilst 98% said they would be interested in attending future sessions.


A series of 50 customer meetings, targeting over 9,000 GPs across the UK to kick off an on-going programme of local meetings.

The sheer scale of some events can be staggering the amount of data, the number of delegates and logistical hurdles that inevitably crop up. So when we were asked to arrange a series of meetings targeting 9,000 GPs, we knew we needed to get stuck in. As well as organising each session, we also had to conform to strict ABPI and internal codes of practice.

Together with our client we developed a ‘menu’ of speakers, meeting content and collateral that could be tailored for each audience.

This was all co-ordinated using a bespoke database through which we could gain a complete overview of the events, while complying with ABPI code of practice. Made up of over 18,000 contacts with more than 9,000 customers, this database provided live updates to our client and their local representatives, and enabled us to evaluate the impact of our meetings.
