For our client, this was the first time they had considered using live events to launch a new seasonal collection, working with them we used our expertise and over 10 years of experience of delivering similar roadshow activity to help them make the most of the significant investment.
The on-stage team were briefed, trained and rehearsed and the performance refined until it delivered the brand message in a punchy and impactful show. The show was taken to 5 cities in one week to make the most cost effective use of the production team and equipment, leaving maximum budget to invest in the on-stage performance and in the communication of brand messages through product displays and venue dressing.
The live event investment was stretched by sharing video and photography of the shows through digital and print media partners and across social channels.
