Bright Partner Spotlight: Burograph

Jardine Miles

Welcome to the inaugural edition of our Bright Partner Spotlight, a new series dedicated to celebrating the exceptional partners who help us create outstanding internal and employee engagement events.

At Bright, we believe that collaboration is the foundation for experiences that truly connect with people. Through this series, we’re shining a light on the organisations, creative minds, and innovative forces who make our events bold, memorable, and meaningful.

To kick things off, we’re delighted to introduce one of our longstanding and trusted partners: Burograph.

Burograph Bright 2

Who is Burograph?

In their words, ‘Burograph combines the best of a Creative Agency with a Strategic Consultancy, helping organisations to tell better stories through Visual Thinking.’

What do they mean by ‘Visual Thinking’? Without giving too much of a circular definition, it’s the process of understanding and solving problems through imagery.

The human brain processes visual information 60,000 times faster than text, so Visual Thinking leans into how we naturally think, all to achieve Burograph’s main goal - simplifying complexity.

As well as creating a wide range of visual tools like live-scribing and murals, Burograph also run collaborative creative sessions to craft the story behind the information together and create a deeper emotional connection to make the concepts stick.

Why we collaborate with Burograph

Simply put: no two brains work the same way.

That’s why when we host internal workshops designed to help teams grasp and contribute to complex business topics, we often invite Burograph to help us visualise what’s being discussed.

Not only does this help everyone connect to the content in their own way, no matter their learning style, but the visuals can live on and be a long-term reference point for our clients to reinforce the learnings from the event further long after it ends.

Here’s what Burograph had to say about working with us

“Bright placed a lot of trust and faith in Burograph, which created a very collaborative relationship from the beginning. They were always open to new ideas, and suggestions on how we could deliver on the outcomes of an event. This meant that we were able to work closely to ensure the best possible outcome was tailored perfectly for the client’s needs.

They are fun, friendly, but above all deeply professional - which means that we are all able to work as one seamless team before, after and during their events.

We see Bright as the perfect event partner to Burograph; their understanding and execution of their events is unmatched and we welcome any opportunity to work alongside them."

(Some) Projects we've worked on together

Vertical Annual Conference 2023

When it was time for Vertical Aerospace’s annual conference, we wanted to create a suite of assets to leave a lasting impression with the team during the day and long after. We brought on Burograph to digitally live-scribe the speaker session and create a visual journey to be served alongside the canapes at the evening reception as a perfect summary of the day.

CSL Vifor Conference 2024

When CSL Vifor introduced a new Purpose and Ambition as part of their annual internal conference, their leadership team had the opportunity to shape and guide a refreshed company culture. To bring this vision to life, we worked with Burograph to create a Rich Picture that captured the organisation’s future direction and the path toward achieving it.

Going into the event with a solid draft, Burograph facilitated a creative working session to explore how the team wanted CSL Vifor to think, feel, and act. Leaders worked in groups to visualise and present their ideas to refine the final version of the Rich Picture to become a shared vision of the organisation’s future.
