For the first time in professional products, the general manager brought all of the 10 brands within the division together on conference. His objective was to unite the brands, to learn from each other’s success and to maximize opportunities.
We started with a very simple visual representation of the division, overlapping squares representing the individual identities of the brands and the commonalities they all share. This simple concept formed the basis for the creative design of our staging, video production and conference materials.
The stage set, a wall of overlapping squares, provided the perfect surface for some very impactful use of projection masking. Used alternately as a complete projection surface or to compliment the main screen. Working with all of the stakeholders through a series of discovery and rehearsals, our joined up thinking and clever design of the on screen content made best use of the surfaces and complimented presentations.
Production requirements weren’t limited to the main stage with a complex agenda of breakouts and brand meetings leading straight into individual brand receptions, all followed by a gala dinner, awards and after party. Our production team, were on top of their game, managing productions in 6 locations all with different needs and to a tight schedule.
